公司自2016年起陆续配置快速乳化机、剪切机、双头单开三级破壁机等现代化生产设备,并与中国植物刺激素研究中心开展产学研联合研发,持续优化升级生产工艺。公司采用物理破壁提取工艺,以新鲜海带、海藻为原料,提取多聚甘露糖醛酸、多聚古洛糖醛酸活性成分,制备海藻多聚糖原浆,再通过酶解、发酵等多道精细工序加工提纯,精制得到海藻多聚糖核心原料,持续优化产品工艺体系,适配现代化农业生产应用需求。

II. Technical Advantages
Seaweed polysaccharides are natural high-molecular polymers formed by aldoses and ketoses linked by glycosidic bonds in seaweeds. As essential active biological substances, they play a vital role in maintaining normal biological metabolism. Produced by the cellular metabolism of algae, seaweed polysaccharides have a degree of polymerization of more than 10 and a wide range of relative molecular masses. They are polymerized from multiple types of monosaccharides in specific proportions with diverse structures, possessing great application value in modern agricultural planting.
Since 2016, the company has successively introduced modern production equipment including high-speed emulsifiers, shearing machines and double-head three-stage wall-breaking machines. We have carried out industry-university-research joint R&D with the China Plant Biostimulant Research Center to continuously upgrade and optimize production technologies. Adopting a physical wall-breaking extraction method, we take fresh kelp and seaweed as raw materials to extract active ingredients such as polymannuronic acid and polyguluronic acid, and prepare original seaweed polysaccharide slurry. Through refined procedures including enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation for purification, we produce high-quality core seaweed polysaccharide raw materials.
